1. Services
BMC Analysts provides Web3 consultancy services including, but not limited to, KOL marketing, market insights, brand growth, go-to-market strategy, reputation management, and advisory. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements between BMC Analysts and the client.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or in any of our communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All market insights, analytics, and strategic recommendations are provided for informational and consultancy purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment and business decisions. BMC Analysts does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of BMC Analysts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables (strategies, reports, creative assets) become the property of the client upon full payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
4. Client Obligations
By engaging BMC Analysts, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement
- Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms of service
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
5. Confidentiality
Both BMC Analysts and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, token economics, marketing plans, and internal data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMC Analysts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. BMC Analysts reserves the right to suspend services for outstanding invoices exceeding 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice, or as otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all fees for work completed up to the date of termination. BMC Analysts will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
